Function of the whole machine
v All units are stationary .There is no need to move the printing unit when changing the printing plate so that the quality of overprinting can be guaranteed
v Each unit of the machine is independently drive by “Rexroth ” Servo motor which is made in Germany .it has the high precision since there is no accumulated error of gears’ gap
v The machine uses intelligent control and management .It can set and store multi parameter .All the function are clear on the humanized operating interface
v The adjusting system is precise so that we can get a good effect when adjusting the pressure of linking and printing
v The whole machine adopt an enclosed structure combined with induced draft fans outside ,which can guarantee the cleanness of internal machine as well as the precision of cardboard feeding and printing
v Conveyor belts are used to increase the distance between printing units while no more induced draft fans is added in order to have the good printing quality and energy conservation
v It is independently driven by servo motor ,having a long service life since there is no wear and tear of gear box . It also has the function of long-travel feeding
v The induce draft fans can effective remove the dust of internal machine and the dust on the surface of cardboard together with brush to improve the printing quality
v It is convenient to adjust the location of side/ front guides and the gap between feeding rollers by PLC
v The centralized control of electric system can automatic control the units of feeding ,printing ,polishing and conveying .

v The operation interface of upper computer can centralized control and store the parameter of orders in each unit .With function of human-computer interaction ,the operator can adjust the speed ,production quantity ,the gap and the location by inputting parameters
v Each unit is equipped with human-computer interface ,with which we can adjust the parameter of gap and location of this unit
v The printing unit is independently driven by servo motor .It has a simple mechanical structure which is easy to be maintained and can reduce the transmission error caused by mechanical wear
v The unites are stationary .The distance between printing units is larger than that of traditional machines in order to avoid the influence of mechanical shocks and to extend the time of link absorption to have a good printing quality
v Enclosed double doctor blade combined with ceramic anilox roller ,can distribute the ink enenly .It can improve the effect of printing dots of single color and multi color overprinting
v The pneumatic diaphragm pumps are used to supply the ink .There are two inlets and two outlets in each pump which can save the ink and have a greater efficiency .The inking system is automatic circulated and will warm when lacking ink
v The printing roller has the function of skew emendation to the printing plate ,which makes the hanging operation convenient
v By inputting data on the human-computer ,we can have it automatic to adjust the gap between anilox roller and pressing roller as well as the location of printing roller in the direction of the breadth
v The infrared drying system can be equipped as an option with each printing unit to improve the quality and speed of multicolor printing
v This unit is independently driven by servo motor .It has a simple mechanical structure which can reduce the transmission error caused by mechanical wear
v The conveying distance is enlarged to dry the ink and avoid scratch printing
v The breadth of infrared dying system can be adjusted according to the size of cardboard and the power can be adjusted according to the feeding speed to save the energy
